DFWK-12 系列户外环网柜是公司采用国外优良技术，根据我国各区域配电网络特点和城市配网电缆化改造的实际情况，开发、生产的具有国外水准的充气式户外环网柜。 

DFWK-12 系列户外环网柜采用 HRM16-12/24 系列 SF6 全密封全绝缘环网开关设备，该开关设备具有模块化、可扩展、全绝缘、全密封、 安全可靠、免维护等优点，适用于任何恶劣环境，被广泛应用于工业园区、居民区、街道、机场、各种建筑物、繁华商业中心等场所。

DFWK-12 series outdoor ring network cabinet adopts HRM16-12/24 series SF6 fully sealed and fully insulated ring network switching equipment. The switching equipment has the advantages of modularization, expandability, full insulation, full sealing, safety and reliability, maintenancefree, etc. It is suitable for any harsh environment and is widely used in industrial parks, residential areas, streets, airports, various buildings, prosperous commercial centers and other places.

正常使用环境 Normal operating environment

◇ 环境温度：最高温度 +50℃，最低温度 -40℃，最高日平均温度不超过 35℃； 

◇ 相对湿度：日平均值不超过 95%，月平均值不超过 90%； 

◇ 风速：不超过 35m/s； 

◇ 污秽等级：Ⅲ级； 

◇地震烈度：8 度； 

◇ 地面倾斜度：不大于 3 度； 

◇ 安装地点：安装在没有火灾，爆炸或剧烈震动、通风良好、无腐蚀性气体的场所。 

特别条件 

◇当设备安装在海拔高度为 1000 米以上时，需特别注明，以便公司在制造时对 SF6 压力进行调整。 

◇ 如果涉及特别恶劣条件，请务必向公司咨询。 

◇ Ambient temperature: maximum temperature +50℃ , minimum temperature -40℃ , maximum daily average temperature not exceeding 35℃ ; 

◇ Relative humidity: daily average value does not exceed 95%, monthly average value does not exceed 90%; 

◇ Wind speed: no more than 35m/s; 

◇ Pollution grade: Grade III; 

◇ Earthquake intensity: 8 degrees; 

◇ Ground inclination: not more than 3 degrees; 

◇ Installation location: install in a place free from fire, explosion or severe vibration, well ventilated and corrosive gases. Special conditions

高安全性 

带电部分封闭在 SF6 气箱中，实现全密封全绝缘；具备满足五防要求的机械连锁，杜绝失误操作的出现； 

进出线电缆采用全绝缘全密封可触摸连接方式，较大程度保证人身安全；箱体装设气压监测装置，实现运行期内气压的实时监测； 

气箱后下方设有防爆泄压装置，通过权威机构的内燃弧试验。 

方案灵活 

进出线方式灵活，可实现左、右及下进 ( 出 ) 线；组合方式灵活，单元之间可实现任意组合，无限制扩展； 

采用内置式母线扩展方式，全面满足使用性、经济性及美观要求；设计方案灵活，可满足用户现场的要求。 

High safety 

All live parts are enclosed in SF6 gas box to realize full sealing and insulation. It has a mechanical interlock that meets the requirements of the five precautions to prevent misoperation. 

The incoming and outgoing cables adopt fully insulated, fully sealed and touchable connection to ensure personal safety to the greatest extent. The cabinet is equipped with an air pressure monitoring device to realize real-time monitoring of air pressure during operation. 

An explosion-proof pressure relief device is arranged at the rear lower part of the gas box and passes the internal combustion arc test of an authoritative mechanism. 

Flexible scheme 

The incoming and outgoing lines are flexible and can realize left, right and lower incoming (outgoing) lines. The combination mode is flexible, any combination can be realized among all units, and unlimited expansion can be realized; 

Built-in bus expansion mode is adopted to fully meet the requirements of usability, economy and aesthetics. The design scheme is flexible and can meet the requirements of users on site.
