YB27-12 系列美式预装式箱式变电站, 适用于 10kV 环网供电, 双电源供电或终端供电系统中,作为变电、计量、补偿控制和保护装置。
本产品符合下列标准:GB/T17467-1998《高压低压预装式变电站》、DL/T537-93《6-35kV 箱式变电站订货技术条件》。

YB27-12 series American pre-installed box-type transformer substation is suitable for 10kV ring network power supply, dual power supply or terminal power supply system, as substation, metering, compensation control and protection devices.

功能及特点 Functions and characteristics
◇ 全绝缘、全密封、免少维护、可靠保证人身安全;
◇ 结构紧凑、体积仅为同容量欧变的 1/3-1/5,高度低;
◇ 可采用分箱式结构,避免变压器油箱内油的污染;
◇ 高压侧采用双熔丝全范围保护,大大降低成本:
◇ 既可用环网,也可用于终端,电缆头可在 200A 负荷电流时紧急插拔;
◇ 箱体采用蜂窝式双夹层复合板,隔温又散热的功能;
◇ 低压侧加装电子缺相保护器,当系统内出现不正常电压时,可快速分断主进开关;
◇ 高压侧油浸式负荷开关或 SF6 负荷开关, 可电动升级, 为实现配网自动化打下基础。
◇ 采用油浸式 S11 或性能更优的 S13 系列变压器。
◇ Fully insulated, fully sealed, free of less maintenance and reliable to ensure personal safety;

◇ Separate box structure can be adopted to avoid oil pollution in transformer oil tank;
◇ High voltage side adopts double fuse full range protection, greatly reducing cost:
◇ Both ring network and terminal can be used. Cable head can be plugged and unplugged in case of 200A load current.
◇ The box adopts honeycomb double sandwich composite board, which has the functions of temperature isolation and heat dissipation.
◇ The low-voltage side is equipped with an electronic phase-loss protector, which can quickly disconnect the main switch when abnormal voltage occurs in the system.
◇ Oil-immersed load switch or SF6 load switch on the high-voltage side can be electrically upgraded to lay the foundation for distribution automation.
◇ Oil-immersed S11 or S13 series transformer with better performance is adopted.
正常使用环境 Normal operating environment
◇ 海拔高度不超过 1000m;
◇ 环境温度:-35℃ ~+40℃;
◇ 相对湿度:日平均值不大于 95%,月平均值不大于 90%;
◇ 安装场所:无火灾、爆炸危险、化学腐蚀性气体及通风良好的场所,地面倾角不大于 3°。
◇ Altitude does not exceed 1000 m;
◇ Ambient temperature:-35℃ ~+40℃ ;
◇ Relative humidity: daily average value is not more than 95%, monthly average value is not more than 90%;
◇ Installation place: no fire, explosion danger, chemical corrosive gas and well-ventilated place, with the ground inclination not more than 3° .
该产品箱体结构由高压间隔、低压间隔、油箱间隔三部份组成。高压间隔内包括高压电缆附件、负荷开关、无载调压分接开关、插入式熔断器、压力释放阀、油位计、油温计、放油阀。低压间隔内包括低压套管、低压计量表计、断路器、电容补偿。油箱间隔内包括变压器绕组和铁芯、散热器、高压负荷开关及熔断器均在油箱内,根据方案需要箱变结构可设计成“品”字型或“目”字型见下图。
The product box structure consists of three parts: high pressure interval, low pressure interval and oil tank interval. The high-voltage interval includes high-voltage cable accessories, load switch, off-load pressure regulating tap switch, plug-in fuse, pressure relief valve, oil level gauge, oil temperature gauge and oil drain valve. The low-voltage interval includes low-voltage bushing, low-voltage meter, circuit breaker and capacitance compensation.
The interval of the oil tank includes transformer winding and iron core, radiator, high-voltage load switch and fuse all in the oil tank. According to the scheme, the box transformer structure can be designed into "pin" shape or "mu" shape as shown in the figure below.
